Directions for use:
It is recommended that at the end of the working day sinks, gullies and drains are flushed with clean water to remove chemical residues before the product is used.
MANUAL DOSING
A daily dose rate of 150 – 300ml is sufficient to maintain drains and grease traps in small to medium sized establishments producing less than 500 meals per outlet.
Pour the pre-measured dose into the sink or drain followed by a litre of cold water. For grease traps pour into the nearest access point up-stream from the trap.
AUTOMATIC DOSING
1) Grease Traps
Start-up Treatment Initial Seeding for Grease Trap:
Empty Grease Trap – Use 1 litre of product per cubic meter volume of grease trap into the nearest access point upstream from the trap.
Maintenance dosages:
Size of Grease Trap Number of Meals per outlet Maximum Dosage per day
<500 litre grease trap <500 meal outlet 300 ml/ day
500 -1000 litre – 500 – 800 500 ml/ day
>1000 litre 800 – 1000 600 ml/ day
It is most effective to split the dose, and apply twice per day at optimal times, typically for example midnight and 4 am and preferable at least one hour after any cleaning process.
2) Drains
Additionally, individual drains can be treated.
