De-Tann Machine Dishwash
Description:
Powerful concentrated formulation. Removes difficult stains - even egg and tannin. Excellent low foaming properties. Inhibits the formation of lime scale. Effective in both hard and soft water. Biodegradable.
Application:
De-Tann is a concentrated machine dishwashing detergent designed for removing difficult soils and stains such as egg and tannin, and may be used in hard and soft water areas.
Directions For Use:
Remove food scraps from dishes before racking. Normally a concentration of 0.05% - 0.50% (500ppm - 5000ppm) is used dependent
on level of soiling and water hardness. The temperature of the wash cycle should be at least 70°C. Results are enhanced by use of Platinum Professional's rinse aid in the final rinse.
NB DO NOT USE on Aluminum, Lead crystal, or hand painted china.

All surfactants contained in Platinum Professional's Products meet the requirements of the EU Detergent Directive 2005 - 2004/648/EC. This requires all surfactants to break down both quickly and completely into harmless material, such as CO2 and water.
